This Privacy Policy explains how Jai Bhim : Buddhist Poster App ("App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1) Information We Collect
Personal Information (optional)
We may collect your email or mobile number only if you provide it (e.g., support, feedback, or account features if offered).
Photos & Media
To create quotes on your photos, the App requests access to your device’s images/videos and optionally the camera. Your media stays on your device unless you choose to share it. We do not upload or store your photos/videos on our servers.
Usage Data
We may collect non-personal data like device type, OS version, interactions, crash logs, and diagnostics to improve stability and performance.
Log/Diagnostics Providers
Analytics/crash tools (if used) process limited data to help us find and fix issues. They are bound by their own privacy policies and contractual safeguards.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide core features (quotes on photos, saving/ sharing).
- Improve UX, performance, and safety of the App.
- Respond to support and feedback.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
3) Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only when:

Permissions are used only to provide the features described. We do not access media unrelated to your action.
5) Data Retention
We retain personal data (if any) only as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law. Media you edit remains on your device unless you share or delete it yourself.
6) Account & Data Deletion
If you created an account or shared personal details, you can request deletion at any time. Upon confirmation, we will permanently erase your account and associated personal data from our servers.
Note: Edited photos/videos are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App will remove cached data but not your saved media in your gallery.
7) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to delete it.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App or laws. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
